Dashboard Overview

The Vagary Voice dashboard is your central hub for managing voice agents, viewing analytics, and configuring settings.

The dashboard sidebar provides access to all features:

  • Home - Overview and quick actions
  • Bots - Create and manage voice agents
  • Conversations - View conversation history
  • Analytics - Performance metrics and insights
  • Billing - Usage and subscription management
  • Settings - API keys, webhooks, and preferences

Home Dashboard

The home page shows:

  • Active Agents - Currently deployed voice agents
  • Today's Calls - Call volume for today
  • Average Duration - Mean conversation length
  • Quick Actions - Common tasks

Managing Voice Agents

Creating a New Agent

  1. Navigate to BotsCreate New Bot
  2. Fill in the configuration:
    • Name: Descriptive identifier
    • Voice: Select TTS voice
    • Persona: Define personality and knowledge
    • Settings: Configure behavior

Testing an Agent

Use the built-in test interface:

  1. Click Test Call on any agent
  2. Allow microphone access
  3. Speak naturally with your agent
  4. Review real-time transcription

Analytics Dashboard

Access detailed analytics at Analytics:

  • Call Volume - Calls over time
  • Duration Metrics - Average, min, max durations
  • Success Rate - Completed vs. failed calls
  • Response Latency - Bot response times

Settings

Configure your account at Settings:

  • API Keys - Generate and manage API keys
  • Webhooks - Set up event notifications
  • Team - Invite team members
  • Billing - View usage and plans
