Dashboard Overview
The Vagary Voice dashboard is your central hub for managing voice agents, viewing analytics, and configuring settings.
Navigation
The dashboard sidebar provides access to all features:
- Home - Overview and quick actions
- Bots - Create and manage voice agents
- Conversations - View conversation history
- Analytics - Performance metrics and insights
- Billing - Usage and subscription management
- Settings - API keys, webhooks, and preferences
Home Dashboard
The home page shows:
- Active Agents - Currently deployed voice agents
- Today's Calls - Call volume for today
- Average Duration - Mean conversation length
- Quick Actions - Common tasks
Managing Voice Agents
Creating a New Agent
- Navigate to Bots → Create New Bot
- Fill in the configuration:
- Name: Descriptive identifier
- Voice: Select TTS voice
- Persona: Define personality and knowledge
- Settings: Configure behavior
Testing an Agent
Use the built-in test interface:
- Click Test Call on any agent
- Allow microphone access
- Speak naturally with your agent
- Review real-time transcription
Analytics Dashboard
Access detailed analytics at Analytics:
- Call Volume - Calls over time
- Duration Metrics - Average, min, max durations
- Success Rate - Completed vs. failed calls
- Response Latency - Bot response times
Settings
Configure your account at Settings:
- API Keys - Generate and manage API keys
- Webhooks - Set up event notifications
- Team - Invite team members
- Billing - View usage and plans
